JH-902 Papermaking Defoamer

1.Product introduction:

JH-902 papermaking defoamer is a defoamer developed based on the stubborn foam produced after sizing in the papermaking process. Its characteristics are good dispersion, no smearing, good water solubility, no oil spots, silicon spots and other defects, very good defoaming and foam suppression effects, high chemical stability, heat resistance and oxidation resistance, and no adverse reactions with other papermaking additives.

Appearance: Milky white or light yellow liquid

PH value: 6-8

Active content: 99.99%

Ionic: Non-ionic

 Viscosity: ≤ 200mPa.s(25℃)\

3. Usage:

In the papermaking process, the defoamer is added before sizing in the pulp, and then the sizing agent and papermaking additives are added and stirred evenly. The dosage is generally 0.01%-0.1% or diluted thoroughly and evenly with 3-5 times of water. The dosage can be added according to the amount of foam.

4, Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: This product is packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic barrels, or it can be customized according to user requirements.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid direct heat, and should be stored in a dry environment of 5-30 °C.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.

4) Note: If this product is placed in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low for a long time, slight physical changes such as stratification and thickening will occur. It should be stirred evenly before use to not affect its effect.
