1. Product introduction:

JH-904 coating defoamer is a defoamer specially designed for water-based systems. It has excellent dynamic defoaming and anti-foaming performance, excellent coating film compatibility, rapid dispersion, and does not produce ordinary silicone defoaming agents. Fish eye side effects. It can be applied to the construction procedures of emulsion paints, resins, and coated paper paints such as acrylic, vinyl acetate, and acrylic copolymers.

3. Usage:

1) Can be added in any manufacturing process without pre-dilution.

2) In coating production, it is recommended to add 70% of the total amount before grinding and 30% after grinding to achieve better results.

3) Generally speaking, the addition amount is 0.05-0.5%, and it can also be added as appropriate depending on the specific situation.

5, Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic drums, or according to user requirements.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid direct heat, and should be stored in a dry environment of 5-30℃.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.

4) Note: If this product is placed in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low for a long time, slight physical changes such as stratification and thickening will occur. It should be stirred evenly before use to not affect its effect.
