1.Product Introduction

FDJH-9801 is refined using high-efficiency ink separation agents, capture agents, emulsifiers, chelating agents, and special enzyme preparations. It has super strong ink separation and capture capabilities, and its permeation, separation, flocculation and other effects are superior to other traditional de ink agents. This product is widely used in the de ink process of various imported and domestic waste paper.

2.Performance characteristics

Low usage significantly reduces the cost of de ink, reduces paper dust, has high whiteness, and is simple and convenient to use. It can be continuously added directly before the flotation tank, and the de ink wastewater pollution is small, which is beneficial for environmental protection.

3.Main technical indicators

Appearance: Light yellow to dark brown Liquid Solid Content: 25 ± 1%

PH value: 8-12 (1% water-soluble)

4.Usage method

Suggested dosage: 0.5-2 kg/ton of waste paper; Crushing temperature: 50-60 ℃, can be continuously added directly in front of the flotation tank.

5.Packaging storage

Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums, stored in a cool and ventilated place, with a shelf life of 6 months.
