1315

1.Product Introduction

JH-SH1315 is a new type of low phosphorus content hydrogen peroxide stabilizer used for stable protection of hydrogen peroxide during pulp bleaching process. The product can effectively control the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide, improve the bleaching efficiency of hydrogen peroxide, and adsorb heavy metal ions such as iron, manganese, copper, etc., reducing the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, increasing the residual hydrogen peroxide, and helping to improve whiteness and reduce yellowing.

JH-SH1315 has low phosphorus content and does not contain silicate components. It can effectively replace sodium silicate as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide, thereby reducing the adverse effects of silicate in subsequent processes. At the same time, replacing sodium silicate helps to achieve closed water circulation in pulp and paper plants.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: Light yellow to amber liquid

Solid content: 25% ± 2

PH value (1% aqueous solution): 6-9 (25 ℃)

Viscosity: ≤ 100 mpa. s

Phosphorus content: ≤ 4%

3.Usage method

JH-SH1315 needs to be added to the pulp before bleaching chemicals. It can be directly added to the pulp using a metering pump or added proportionally in the pre soaking section, medium concentration bleaching section, and high concentration bleaching section. It is recommended to add 2-5 kg/t of pulp, and even mixing with the pulp can help the stabilizer fully exert its effect.

In the application system, if the content of transition metal ions is too high, it is necessary to use chelating agents such as EDTA and DTPA to achieve more ideal application results.

4.Packaging storage

This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums, and can also be packaged according to customer requirements,

This product should be stored in a sealed container, strictly prohibited from direct sunlight exposure, and stored above 0 ℃ in winter,

Shelf life is 6 months.
