2. Feature

2.1 It has good waterproof and oil resistant properties for all fiber fabrics.

2.2 The processing stability is good, and other residual substances have little impact on its waterproof effect.

2.3 After processing, the fabric feels soft to the touch.

2.4When used in combination with other textile additives, it has excellent stability.

2.5 There is no ignition point and belongs to the non hazardous category, making it safer to use.

3. Usage

3.1 Immersion rolling method

Used for polyester, nylon, and blended fabrics

Waterproof agent 1382:30-80g/L

One immersion, one rolling → (drying →) shaping (130-190 ℃ × 30 sec-1 min)

3.2 Dip rolling method: used for cotton and blended fabrics

Waterproof agent 1380:50-100g/L

The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the actual situation. If it is mixed with other additives, please conduct compatibility tests in advance.

4. Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Using polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, each drum is 125KG.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse; The shelf life is 6 months.
