JH-1345 High Gentle Softener

1. Product introduction:

High temperature fluffy softener is a composite containing reactive and hydrophilic groups, mainly used as a fluffy and soft finishing agent for natural fibers (cotton, linen, silk, etc.) and their blended fabrics. It has an affinity for fibers and can endow fabrics with durable softness, thickness, breathability, and water absorption.

2. Main technical indicators

Appearance: milky white lotion

Ionicity: Non ionic

PH value: 6-7 (1% aqueous solution)

3. Feature

3.1 It can give the fabric a soft and plump feel, improving its elasticity.

3.2 It does not affect the color change of the fabric.

3.3 It can endow the fabric with excellent water absorption and moderate anti-static properties.

3.4 Durable to water and dry cleaning.

4. Usage

Impregnation method: 1-5% (o.w.f), 40 ℃ × 20min

Dip rolling method: 10-50g/l

5. Packaging, storage and transportation

Packaging: Using polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, each drum is 125KG.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse; Shelf life of 6 months

Transportation: Transport as non hazardous goods.
