2. Feature:

2.1  It is a cationic polymer color-fixing agent with excellent color-fixing properties, suitable for color-fixing of pure cotton, pure polyester and their polyester-cotton blended fabrics.

2.2  There is no water base after color fixation, and the color of the fabric does not change after color fixation;

2.3  The fabric after fixation is more hydrophilic than traditional fixatives, does not affect the feel, and is easy to desolidify;

2.4 It does not contain formaldehyde and is a green and environmentally friendly additive.

3. Usage

3.1 Pure polyester-cotton fabric

Padding process: 10-50G/L, one padding and one padding, drying at 130-170 degrees for 100-120 seconds.

Impregnation process: 1~5% (o.w.f), 40-55 degrees for 10-20 minutes, dehydration and drying.

3.2  Polyester-cotton blended or polyester-cotton interwoven fabrics

It is recommended to select the appropriate dosage according to the proportion of polyester and cotton. If the proportion of polyester is high, it is recommended to reduce the dosage appropriately. The higher the dosage, it will affect the fastness. If the dosage of cotton is high, the dosage of fixing agent can be appropriately increased to achieve good fixation. color effect.

3.3 Acrylic cotton blended fabric

4. Packaging and storage

Packaging: in polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, 125kg per barrel.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.

Shelf life: 6 months.
