JH-5018 AKD Curing Enhancer

1. Product introduction:

JH-5018 AKD Curing Enhancer is a new type of high charge density polymer emulsion developed by our company in cooperation with foreign professional scientific research institutions. The appearance of this product is colorless to light yellow viscous liquid. It is easily soluble in water, has good hydrolytic stability, and has strong adaptability to changes in pH value. It can be added to AKD emulsion as an accelerator and bactericide to provide a strong cationic component accelerator for the third generation high solid content AKD emulsion, thereby promoting maturation.

This product is used in the alkaline sizing system of AKD, which greatly limits the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD. The curing agent has a large number of cationic charges and is an excellent anion capture agent and excellent retention aid in the slurry. It can quickly precipitate the sizing onto the pulp fibers, greatly reducing the loss and hydrolysis of the sizing. It is also a sizing synergist, which can make the paper have good water resistance. Moreover, this product has the effect of shortening the aging period after being removed from the machine. Ordinary neutral glue can be matured more than ten hours after being removed from the machine. After adding this product, it can mature in about 1 hour after being removed from the machine, which greatly shortens the curing period. Reduce the phenomenon of false sizing during the sizing process.

3. Usage:

It can be directly added to the synthesis process of neutral glue and added in a certain proportion to the emulsion. More can be added to the paper-making system with heavier anionic waste. This product can also be added directly to paper pulp as a pulp potential balancing agent to play the dual roles of sizing efficiency and ripening. Improve the stability of neutral glue, inhibit the hydrolysis of AKD, and reduce the curing time.

This product can be directly added to the synthesis process of neutral glue or surface glue and the dosage is generally 1%-3% of the AKD liquid.

4. Packaging and storage:

1) Packing: Packed in 1000kg plastic drums; can also be packed according to customers' requirements.

2) Storage: Store this product away from light and at room temperature.

3) Shelf life: 6 months
