JH-631 Paper Moisture-Proof Agent

1, Product introduction:

JH-631 moisture-proof agent is a polymer reactive sizing agent. Its molecules contain a large number of water-resistant groups, which combine with starch to form an effective bridge and form a strong waterproof and moisture-proof protective film on the surface of the paper to prevent moisture intrusion. It has excellent waterproof and moisture-resistant effect, making the paper highly resistant to moisture, thus keeping the ring pressure stable. During the rainy season or cold storage, the ring pressure is stable and does not decrease.

2, Main technical indicators:

Appearance: White powder         

Moisture: ＜10%

pH value: 7～9 (5% solution) 

3, Usage:

1) Starch cooking: After adding water, starch, and moisture-proof agent into the gelatinization tank, add amylase or ammonium viscosity reducer, vent the temperature to 95-97°C and keep it warm for 20 minutes.

2) It is recommended that the dosage of moisture-proof agent is 1~ 2 Kg/ton of paper and the dosage of starch viscosity reducing agent are adjusted according to the viscosity requirements of the site and paper machine.

4, Packaging and storage:                  

1) Packaging: Packed in 25kg woven bag.

2) Storage: It should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place to avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.

5, Safety and Protection:

This product is a non- dangerous product. If it comes in contact with the skin, just rinse it off with tap water.
