1. Product introduction:

  MX-1106 is a new multi-functional additive for papermaking. It has the functions of dust control, water filtration, retention assistance and system cleaning. It is especially effective in improving water filtration, increasing production capacity and improving fiber retention. It can provide excellent dehydration of slurry. performance and improve the operating efficiency of the press section, which improves the initial wet strength of the paper sheet and improves the problem of lint and powder loss in the later section.

3. Feature:

3.1 Obtain the best retention of fine fibers and fillers during the papermaking process. Its advantages can be reflected in increasing the ash content of the paper, improving lint and powder loss, and improving printability.

3.2 Save steam consumption during the sheet forming, pressing and drying stages.

3.3 Improve turbidity and charge control, increase retention of soluble colloids, and reduce sticky sediment.

3.4 Control the concentration of white water to increase the retention rate of raw materials and significantly improve the wastewater treatment effect.

4.Usage:

It can be diluted with water in any proportion and added continuously through a metering pump. It is recommended to use a mixing pump or static mixer to quickly and evenly mix it with the slurry. It is very important to obtain uniform distribution in the slurry. In order to obtain the best results, it is recommended to add it to the thick slurry and thin slurry respectively according to the conditions of the paper machine. The conventional addition range is: 0.02%-0.08% (relative to paper yield).

5. Packaging and storage:

Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place.

Storage period: 6 months.
