JH-TB530 Polymer surface sizing agent

1. Product Introduction:

JH-TB530 polymer board and paper surface sizing agent is the latest type of board and paper product developed for humid climate areas and high-end paper requirements. This product has the characteristics of low dosage and low dependence on aluminum sulfate.

Widely applicable to high-speed paper machines for high-strength corrugated paper, high-end packaging paper, whiteboard paper, kraft cardboard, and other papers.

2. Main technical indicators:

Solid Content: 30% ± 1%

PH value: 2-5

Viscosity: ≤ 50mpa. s (25 ℃)

Ionic type: cationic

Solubility: easily soluble in water

3. Feature:

3.1 Significantly improve the high water resistance and ring compression strength of corrugated paper, cardboard, cardboard, and other papers.

3.2  Completely replace the use of internal sizing agents, without ripening period and not easy to regain moisture.

3.3 It has little dependence on aluminum sulfate and has good cross-linking performance with starch solution, with a small dosage.

3.4  It has excellent mechanical stability and produces fewer bubbles during operation.

4. Usage

4.1 Recommended dosage: 1-3kg/ton of paper.

4.2 When using, when the gelatinized starch solution is cooled to below 70 ℃, the product can be continuously added to the pipeline before the gluing pump using a metering pump and mixed with the starch solution. High speed paper machines can add a static mixer after the gluing pump to facilitate mixing.

5. Packaging and storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums or container liquid bags;

Storage: Store in a cool place (0-35 ℃), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight;

Storage period: 6 months.
