1. Product Introduction:

JH-AKD200 is a new generation AKD composite surface sizing agent developed and produced by our company. This product is polymerized by a variety of cationic materials combined with accelerators through a special process, and can be widely used for cultural paper, packaging paper, cardboard, special paper, etc. produced from various pulp materials.

2. Main technical date:

Appearance: milky white to slightly yellow liquid

Solid content: 20% ± 1%, 30% ± 1%

PH value: 2-5

 Viscosity: ≤ 50mpa. s (25 ℃)

Lonic type: cationic

Solubility: easily soluble in water

3. Feature:

3.1 It can completely or partially replace the use of internal sizing agents according to the specifications of paper products, and has excellent water resistance.

3.2 Significantly improve the surface printing strength of paper products, shorten ripening time, and reduce production costs.

3.3 It has excellent mechanical stability and produces fewer bubbles during operation.

4、 Usage:

4.1 Recommended dosage: 3-8kg/t of paper.

4.2 When using, cool the gelatinized starch glue solution to below 65 ℃, and use a metering pump to inject the sizing agent into the inlet pipeline of the gluing pump for continuous addition. The high-speed paper machine can add a static mixer after the gluing pump, which is more conducive to mixing.

5. Precautions:

5.1 Avoid mixing with starch solution too early or for a long time.

5.2  The temperature of the starch solution should not exceed 65 ℃, as excessive temperature can affect the sizing effect.

6. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums or packaged according to customer requirements.

Storage: Store in a cool place (4-30 ℃), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight.

Storage period: three months.
