1. Product Introduction:

JH-WX602 is made by mixing various cationic materials, which can completely replace surface and liquid sizing agents in the pulp. It is simple and convenient to use, improves the surface strength of the paper, and has excellent water resistance, no odor, and no moisture return. This product is suitable for high-strength corrugated paper, box board paper, etc.

3. Feature:

3.1 Significantly improve the strength and water resistance of paper, have no odor, do not regain moisture, reduce starch usage, and reduce production costs.

3.2 Partially or completely replace the use of liquid sizing agents and have excellent mechanical stability.

4. Usage:

Dissolve the starch with the same concentration as the sizing starch evenly, add it to the starch glue tank after the starch gelatinization is completed, or use a suitable viscosity reducing agent to boil it together with the starch. Add it in a proportion of 10% -25% of the starch content, and adjust the actual amount according to the paper requirements.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: packaged in 25kg, 50kg, and 1000kg woven plastic bags;

Storage: Store in a cool place, avoid exposure to sunlight and damp environments.

Storage period: six months.
