JH-906 Polyether Defoamer

1. Product introduction:

JH-906 polyether defoamer is mainly composed of epoxidation copolymerization of various fatty alcohols. It has strong defoaming and foam-suppressing power with a small dosage and does not affect the basic properties of the foaming system. It has good heat resistance, stable chemical properties, non-corrosive, non-toxic, and no adverse side effects.

Viscosity: 500～1000mpa.s (25℃)    

Flash point: non-flammable

PH value: 6-8

3. Scope of application:

JH-906 polyether defoamer is suitable for papermaking, sewage treatment, textile printing and dyeing, pesticides, seawater desalination, inorganic salt production, chemical industry (fertilizer anti-caking agent, decarburizing agent, desulfurization agent), lubricating oil, cutting fluid, metal cleaning (especially spray Leaching and cleaning), fermentation (antibiotics, citric acid, glutamic acid), oil mining, and foam suppression and defoaming under high temperature, strong alkali and strong acid conditions. It is also suitable for defoaming and suppressing foam in metal cutting fluid, lubricating oil, cleaning agent and other industries.

4. Usage:

Add directly, recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.5%, the final dosage is determined based on actual experiments.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: in 50 kg or 200 kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: This product is not a dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable, sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors.

3) Shelf life: 12 months.
