This product is a water-soluble polyethylene oxide wax organic lubricant with low viscosity and outstanding lubricity. It can be used in latex coatings to improve the performance of coatings and improve the performance of paper coatings.

Viscosity: ≤300mpa.s (25℃)

PH value: 6-9 (2% aqueous solution)

3. Features:

3.1 This product has a lubricating effect on the paint, so it can improve the flow and leveling properties of the paint, making the paint smooth and smooth.

3.2 After the coating dries, it can also prevent cracks, improve appearance quality and printing performance, and can improve gloss, smoothness and make the paper smooth.

3.3 It has little effect on the viscosity of most coatings, which allows the solid content of the coating to be increased, thereby reducing the load on the equipment and reducing the wear on the coating knife.

3.4 This product is used in ultra-paper calenders and during cutting and printing processes to prevent powder and lint loss, thereby obtaining high-standard, high-quality paper.

4. Usage:

The common dosage of this product is 0.5%-5% of the weight of the pigment. Since this product is a fluid, it can be used directly. The product can be added at any step in the paint preparation process.

5. Packaging and storage:

Packaging: Packed in 200L or 1000L plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place. Exposure and freezing are strictly prohibited;

Shelf life: 6 months.

Mainly used for coating whiteboard paper, cardboard, coated paper, cast-coated paper and other coating processed papers.
