2, the main use
It is used in the production process of writing and printing, newsprint, double adhesive paper, pulped paper and box board paper, letterpress paper and tile ferns, usually added after the pressure screen of the paper machine, and the amount is 0.01%-0.03% tons of paper. It can be used as a monopolymer, bipolymer or particle retention agent, or as a flocculant to enhance the efficiency of paper machines and white water recovery. Used in a wide range of PH conditions.
3. Performance characteristics
It has excellent retention effect on fine fiber and filler. It can keep the wet end chemical condition stable, improve the evenness and physical properties of the paper. Enhanced water filtration reduces dewatering energy consumption in forming, pressing and drying processes. Reduce the concentration of white water, speed up the filter water of the mesh, improve the raw material yield and white water recovery efficiency. Strengthen the retention of wet colloidal substances, improve sizing and dyeing efficiency. Reduce the amount of filler, save fiber raw materials. Reduce overall costs.
4, the use of concentration
This product can keep the filler even at a lower concentration. If the use concentration is too high, it is easier to make the filler and pulp local flocculation, affecting the evenness of the paper. And the amount of retention agent is very small, so it should be used as thin as possible, but it should not be too thin, otherwise it will affect the retention rate of the filler, it is recommended to add more than 0.02-0.05% of the concentration. When dissolved, the stirring speed should not be too fast to prevent mechanical shear degradation of the long chain of polymers. The mixing speed does not exceed 30 RPM, and the retention solution requires a 60-mesh filter to prevent the undissolved paste from entering the paper machine and affecting the quality of the finished paper. In the summer water temperature is high, it is necessary to dissolve and stir for about 1 hour, and in the winter water temperature is low, dissolve and stir for about 1.5 hours
5. Dissolution method
It is generally recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene or Tang porcelain glass materials for dissolution and storage tanks, do not use iron, copper or aluminum materials for storage tanks and adding equipment, iron ions will degrade the polymer, so that the retention effect is reduced.
6. Use and storage
Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.05% Recommended storage time: 1-2 days
Add the recommended position behind the pressure screen or from the high box to the flow box pipe.
Solid products should be stored in a cool and dry place.
